My name is Kristin Watson and I’m a Psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy interwoven with other talking therapies. I am passionate about supporting you to experience positive and meaningful change in your life, in an empathetic and non-judgemental way.
I work with adults aged 16 and over, offering a safe and supportive space to explore whatever you’re facing.
Our work together will focus on building a therapeutic relationship that allows you to understand, reflect, and practise new ways of thinking and responding – in a safe and nurturing space, through CBT counselling in North Lanarkshire
